Housecall Pro has a native Zapier app that you turn on directly from inside Housecall Pro's own App Store.
On the MAX plan? Housecall Pro's own webhook feature is the better path — it's more direct (no Zapier task limits, real-time events straight from Housecall Pro's API) and doesn't require turning on this Zapier app at all. See Housecall Pro: Native Webhook Setup instead. This Zapier guide is the right one if you're on Essentials, since Housecall Pro's native webhooks aren't available below the MAX plan.
Before you start
A LettrLabs API key and an Integration Order created for Zapier (Setup Guide: Zapier, Steps 1–2).
A Housecall Pro account on a plan that includes Zapier (Essentials and above).
Step 1: Enable Zapier inside Housecall Pro
In Housecall Pro, click the app grid icon (top right) and open the App Store.
Find Zapier, click View Details, then toggle it on.
In a separate tab, log in to Zapier (or create an account) and search for Housecall Pro to connect it. The first time you build a Zap, Zapier will prompt for an API key — find it on the Zapier app screen inside Housecall Pro.
Step 2: Choose your Housecall Pro trigger
Housecall Pro's Zapier integration centers on two triggers: Job Scheduled and Job Completed. Job Completed is the trigger most customers use for neighbor/radius mail.
Step 3: Add a LettrLabs action
Add Recipient to Integration Order for customer-facing mail (thank-you, review request).
Mail Recipients Around an Address (Radius Mail) for neighbor campaigns off the completed job's address.
Step 4: Test, then go live
Test the Zap, confirm the sample recipient shows correctly in LettrLabs, publish, then activate the LettrLabs automation.
