"Edits Needed" means a member of the LettrLabs team reviewed your order and found something that needs to be fixed or clarified before it can move forward to production. It's a manual review step, not an automated rejection — a real person looked at your order and flagged something specific.
When an order moves to Edits Needed, it becomes editable again, similar to a Draft — details like your submission date and payment status are reset so you can make changes. Look for a note or message from the LettrLabs team explaining what needs to be updated (for example, on the order itself or in your email), make the requested fix, and resubmit the order.
