This is expected — it's not an error. The Analytics card on your order shows attribution metrics like revenue, conversions, leads, and ROAS, and those numbers depend on tracking real-world responses to your mail piece after it's delivered.
If the card shows "Attribution metrics are recalculating. Please check back soon," it means the underlying data is still being processed and isn't ready to display yet. This commonly happens right after a mailing goes out, since there hasn't been time yet for recipients to respond and for that activity to be attributed back to the order.
Give it some time after your mailing goes out, then check back on the order. If the card is still showing this message well after you'd expect responses to have come in, reach out to your LettrLabs contact so we can take a look.
