Your Account Dashboard, Explained

A quick overview of what you'll see when you land on your account dashboard.

When you log in to LettrLabs, your account dashboard is the first thing you see — a home base that gives you a general sense of how things are going across your account, without requiring you to dig into any single order.

What You'll Find There

The dashboard is built around two things:

  • Overall account performance: A high-level view of how your account is performing, so you can get a sense of things at a glance without having to open individual orders.

  • Recent campaigns feed: A running list of your latest sends, so you can quickly see what's gone out recently and jump into any of them for more detail.

Think of it as a starting point rather than a destination. It's designed to answer "how are we doing overall, and what have we sent lately?" — not to replace the deeper, order-by-order view you get elsewhere in the platform.

For the full breakdown of how any single mailing performed, you'll still want to open that order's Analytics card, which covers Revenue, Conversions, Leads, ROAS, and Conversion Rate in detail. Think of the dashboard as your account's at-a-glance summary, and the order-level Analytics card as where you go for the specifics behind any one campaign.

Unverified: the exact layout and full metric list on the dashboard home screen were not walked through live for this guide.
