You can choose who gets mail from a ServiceTitan automation by the estimates on each job, and by the customer's membership.
Estimate Result
A technician often quotes several options on one job. Each option is its own estimate. When the homeowner buys one option, the other options still say "Open" in ServiceTitan. So LettrLabs gives each job one result:
Sold — at least one option on the job was sold.
Not sold — no option was sold, and at least one is still open.
Dismissed — every option was turned down.
Use Not sold to reach homeowners who got a quote and did not buy.
Estimate Total
The job matches when at least one of its estimates is in the range you set. For example, "Estimate Total is greater than or equal to 15,000" finds jobs with an option of $15,000 or more.
Estimate Created On
The job matches when at least one estimate was created in the range. Use "in the last 90 days" for recent quotes.
Membership Status
Filter by the status of the customer's memberships. "Is not Active" also keeps customers who never had a membership.
First Membership Start (days ago)
The number of days since the customer's first membership started. A renewal does not count as a new start. A membership that starts in the future counts from its start day.
To reach new members, add two filters:
Membership Status is Active
First Membership Start (days ago) is less than 30
This leaves out long-time members and members who just renewed. Change 30 to the window you want.
Tips
Add Job Status is Completed. A job that is still scheduled or in progress may still be in discussion.
In a Mail To Recipient automation, put the estimate conditions inside Has Job Matching, so they check the same job as your other job conditions.
Not sold looks at one job. A customer who bought on a different job can still match.
In a Radius Mail automation, every job of a new member matches, older jobs included. Add a job filter, such as a recent job date, to mail only around the new member's recent work.
