Each touch of an automation keeps its own brand values. Settings > General gives the first values. After that, the touch prints what it saved.

The values are the company name, phone, website, address, license number, persona, sign-off, offer and QR link.

Give a touch its own values

  1. Open the automation and pick a shared template for a touch.

  2. In "Make this template yours", change the rows you want for this touch.

  3. Click Continue.

The touch saves those values. A new touch of the same automation starts with them.

What Settings > General does

Settings > General holds your default values. A new automation starts from them.

When you change a row on an automation, Settings changes only if that Settings field is empty. A value you already saved in Settings stays as it is.

Copy a Settings change to your automations

  1. Open Settings > General.

  2. Change a value, for example Phone.

  3. Click Save.

When some automations print a different value, a dialog opens. It shows each changed field and the number of touches that print a different value.

  • Click Update automations to copy the new values to those touches. Touches that are scheduled and not yet sent take the new values too.

  • Click Keep their values to leave every automation as it is.

Automations saved before this release

A touch saved before this release has no values of its own. It prints the values in Settings > General, as it did before.
