Open any order from the Orders page, from "View details" in its menu, or from Settings › Billing › Order Summary. The modal has four tabs: Overview, Recipients, Transaction and Analytics.

Overview

  • Order Lifecycle shows the four milestones: Payment, Production, Mailing and Delivery, with their dates. A filled check marks a finished milestone. The highlighted step is where the order is now.

  • Delivery Status shows how many pieces have reached each stage: Production, Mailed, In Transit, Local Facility and Delivered. Use the toggle to switch between percentages and counts.

  • Recipient shows the Total, Suppressed, Mailed and Holdout counts for the order.

  • The mailpiece preview on the right pages through the Front, the Rear and the Envelope. Use the face tabs, the thumbnails or the arrows.

Recipients

Search recipients, switch between the Simple and Detailed layouts, and choose how many rows show per page. Export downloads the recipient list as a CSV file. The Simple layout shows Name, Address, Order Status, Delivery Status and QR Scan Date. The Detailed layout shows every column. Hot Lead marks a recipient who scanned the QR code.

Transaction

  • Order Details shows the order type, the postage, the delivery estimate and the payment method.

  • Order Summary lists the product and each option with its unit price, quantity and amount, then the subtotal, any credit card fee, credits applied, and the total.

Analytics

  • Analytics shows Revenue, ROAS, Pipeline, Conversions and Leads attributed to this order. A dash means we have no value for that metric yet.

  • Holdout Testing shows your holdout size, iRevenue, Conversion Lift, Revenue Lift and iROAS when the order uses a holdout group. "Holdout is not in use for this order" means every recipient was mailed.

Actions

The Actions menu keeps the order actions you know: Edit, Export, Duplicate, Save as template and Delete. Click the order name to rename it.
