Setup Guide: Aspire

How to connect Aspire to LettrLabs — via Open API or a third-party integration platform, since Aspire doesn't have a Zapier app.

Aspire (a landscaping/field-service platform, now a ServiceTitan company) does not have a Zapier app. Instead, Aspire offers integrations through its own Open API or through third-party integration platforms (iPaaS) like MindCloud, which build custom connections on your behalf.

Option 1: Aspire's Open API

Aspire exposes an Open API that a developer can use to pull job/customer data and forward it to LettrLabs' inbound webhook URL (see Setup Guide: Open API & Webhooks and Inbound Webhook Reference). This is a custom-code integration, not a point-and-click setup — plan for developer time, either on your side or ours.

Option 2: A third-party integration platform (e.g., MindCloud)

If you already use a middleware platform like MindCloud to connect Aspire to other systems, ask whether it can be configured to call an arbitrary webhook URL (LettrLabs') as one of its destinations.
