monday.com has a native Zapier app.
Before you start
A LettrLabs API key and an Integration Order created for Zapier (Setup Guide: Zapier, Steps 1–2).
A monday.com account with permission to authorize new app connections.
Step 1: Connect monday.com inside Zapier
In Zapier, start a new Zap, search for monday.com, and authenticate.
Step 2: Choose your monday.com trigger
Any Column Value Changed in Board or Specific Column Value Changed — fires when a status or date column updates (e.g., Status changes to "Job Complete").
Item Moved to Group — useful if your board organizes jobs by stage using groups rather than a status column.
Step 3: Add a LettrLabs action
Add Recipient to Integration Order for customer-facing mail.
Mail Recipients Around an Address (Radius Mail) if the item includes a job/property address column.
Step 4: Test, then go live
Test the Zap, confirm the sample recipient in LettrLabs, publish, then activate.
