Zoho CRM has a native Zapier app.
Before you start
A LettrLabs API key and an Integration Order created for Zapier (Setup Guide: Zapier, Steps 1–2).
A Zoho CRM account with permission to authorize new app connections.
Step 1: Connect Zoho CRM inside Zapier
In Zapier, start a new Zap, search for Zoho CRM, and authenticate with your Zoho account.
Step 2: Choose your Zoho CRM trigger
New/Updated Module Entry (Instant) — the recommended trigger on paid Zoho CRM plans; fires when any entry in a module (Leads, Deals, Contacts) is created or updated.
New Lead or New Contact — simpler polling-based triggers, fine for lower-volume accounts.
Step 3: Add a LettrLabs action
Add Recipient to Integration Order for customer-facing mail.
Mail Recipients Around an Address (Radius Mail) if the module includes a job/property address.
Step 4: Test, then go live
Test the Zap, confirm the sample recipient in LettrLabs, publish, then activate.
Note: the Instant trigger requires a paid Zoho CRM plan — if you don't see it as an option, the polling-based triggers above will still work, just with a short delay.
