As of a recent RoofLink release, admin users can configure webhook integrations directly inside the RoofLink app, separate from its Zapier connection.
Before you start
A LettrLabs Open API key and an inbound webhook connection (see Setup Guide: Open API & Webhooks).
RoofLink admin access.
Step 1: Create your LettrLabs webhook connection
In LettrLabs, go to Automations > Open API to generate an Open API key.
Go to Active Webhooks > Data Streams (Inbound) > Create, name the connection (e.g., "RoofLink"), and copy the Webhook URL.
Turn on OpenAPI Key authentication.
Step 2: Configure the webhook in RoofLink
As an admin in RoofLink, locate the Webhook/Zapier integration settings and paste in your LettrLabs Webhook URL, selecting the job or lead event you want to trigger on.
Step 3: Test and confirm receipt
Trigger the event in RoofLink and check the History tab on your LettrLabs webhook connection to confirm the payload arrived.
Step 4: Wire the connection to a mailing and map fields
Open the Automation (Integration Order) or Radius Mail setup, select the RoofLink connection, choose Mail to Recipients or Radius Mail, and map fields from the test payload.
Step 5: Go live
Save the webhook connection with a name and confirm the RoofLink-side integration is active.
If you don't see webhook settings in your RoofLink account, reach out to RoofLink support to confirm it's enabled for your plan.
