GoHighLevel connects to LettrLabs through Zapier, using LeadConnector — GoHighLevel's official, whitelabeled Zapier app. If you haven't set up the LettrLabs side of Zapier yet, start with Setup Guide: Zapier first; this guide picks up from there.
Before you start
A LettrLabs API key and an Integration Order created for Zapier (Setup Guide: Zapier, Steps 1–2).
A GoHighLevel account (agency or sub-account level) with permission to authorize new app connections.
Step 1: Connect GoHighLevel inside Zapier
In Zapier, start a new Zap and search for LeadConnector — this is GoHighLevel's app inside Zapier's directory (searching "GoHighLevel" will point you to it).
Log in with your GoHighLevel credentials and select the sub-account you want to connect.
Once connected, that sub-account is available to any future Zap.
Step 2: Choose your GoHighLevel trigger
Common triggers for a direct mail automation:
Pipeline Stage Changed — fires when an opportunity moves to a stage you specify (e.g., "Won" or "Job Complete").
Contact Created or Contact Tag Added — fires on new leads, or when a tag is applied.
Form Submitted — fires on a GoHighLevel form/funnel submission.
Step 3: Add a LettrLabs action
Add Recipient to Integration Order — mails the GoHighLevel contact directly.
Mail Recipients Around an Address (Radius Mail) — mails the neighbors around a job/property address instead.
Add Recipient to Address Book — builds a reusable list without an immediate send.
Map the contact's name and address fields from GoHighLevel onto the corresponding LettrLabs fields.
Step 4: Test, then go live
Run Zapier's test step, confirm the sample recipient appears correctly in LettrLabs, publish the Zap, then switch the LettrLabs automation to Active.
If LeadConnector isn't showing up the way you expect, or the connection feels flaky, try the native webhook path instead (see the companion GoHighLevel Native Webhook Setup guide) — it doesn't depend on Zapier at all.
