The card editor includes AI-assisted design tools that help you generate or rework individual text and image elements right inside your design — without having to leave the editor or open a separate app.
Note: These AI tools help you generate or edit individual text and image elements within your design — they don't create a complete card design for you from scratch. You're still in control of the overall layout.
What the AI Tools Do
The AI tools work at the level of individual design elements, not the whole card. Select a text block or an image on the canvas, and the AI tools can help you rewrite or generate copy for that text block, or generate or edit that image. Think of it as a fast way to fill in or refine one piece of the design at a time, rather than a button that lays out an entire card for you.
How to Access the AI Tools
There are two ways to reach the AI tools inside the card editor:
Select an element first: click a text block or an image on the canvas, then look for the AI/magic-wand icon or a quick-action menu that appears for that element.
Open the AI Apps panel: use the AI Apps panel/dock inside the editor to reach the same AI-assisted tools for text and image elements.
What You Can Ask For
Once you're working with the AI tools on a selected element, you can:
Rewrite or generate text copy for a selected text block — useful when you're stuck on wording or want a few alternative phrasings.
Generate a new image from a text description for a selected image block, instead of sourcing or uploading your own photo.
Edit an existing image that's already placed in your design, rather than replacing it entirely.
Any image the AI tools generate for you is automatically saved to your account's media library, so you can reuse it in other designs later without regenerating it.
Setting Expectations
These tools are meant to speed up work on individual elements — a piece of copy here, an image there — rather than replace the design process itself. You'll still choose your layout, place your elements, and decide how the finished card looks; the AI tools just help you get a text block or image element to a good starting point faster.
