Bringing your team into LettrLabs is one of the first things you'll want to do after setting up your account. This guide walks through the four account roles and how to invite, manage, and update your teammates.
Understanding Account Roles
Every teammate you add to your LettrLabs account is assigned one of four roles. Each role controls what that person can see and do in your account:
Admin: Full control over the account, including billing, subscription settings, and the ability to add, remove, or change the role of any teammate.
Member: Can create and manage automations, campaigns, and orders day-to-day, but cannot access billing or account-wide admin settings.
Viewer: Read-only access, ideal for teammates or stakeholders who need to review campaigns and reporting without making changes.
User: Baseline access to the account for day-to-day work, without the broader management permissions of a Member or Admin.
If you're not sure which role fits a new teammate, start them with the most limited role that still lets them do their job — you can always change it later.
Inviting a Teammate
To bring a new teammate into your account, you'll send them an invite from your account's team settings. When you send the invite, you'll choose the email address and the role for that person.
Go to your account's team or user management settings.
Click Invite Teammate (or similar).
Enter the teammate's email address, for example [email protected].
Choose the role you'd like them to have — Admin, Member, Viewer, or User.
Send the invite. Your teammate will receive an email with instructions to join.

Resending an Expired Invite
Invites don't stay open forever. If a teammate didn't get a chance to accept before their invite expired, you can resend it without having to start over.
Find the pending or expired invite in your team settings.
Click Resend Invite.
Your teammate will receive a fresh invite email with a new link to accept.
Accepting or Denying an Invite
If you've been invited to join a LettrLabs account, you'll receive an email with a link to respond.
Open the invite email and click the link to review the invite.
Choose to Accept if you'd like to join the account, or Deny if you don't.
If you accept, you'll be added to the account with the role your admin assigned, and you can log in right away.
Changing a Teammate's Role
As your team's needs change, an Admin can update any teammate's role at any time.
Go to your team settings and find the teammate you'd like to update.
Select their current role and choose the new one — Admin, Member, Viewer, or User.
Save your change. The new permissions take effect the next time that teammate logs in or refreshes their session.
