You can manage your billing information directly in your LettrLabs account — no need to contact support for routine updates.
Where to go
From your LettrLabs dashboard, go to Settings > Billing. From there you can:
Update your payment method — add a new card or bank account (ACH), remove an old one, or set which one is your default.
Configure auto-recharge — set a balance threshold and a recharge amount, so your account tops up automatically before you run out of funds.
Check your balance — see your current account balance at a glance.
Apply a promotional code, if you have one.
Review your current plan — cadence, renewal date, and progress toward any volume commitment are shown here (read-only).
